NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Detailed planning permission for the erection of 280 dwellings, including a detailed landscape strategy, car parking, new internal access roads, and associated infrastructure and earthworks (variation of condition 2 of planning permission DA/19/00600/FUL in respect of addition of a communal roof terrace on roof of the seventh floor of Block F3, covered seating area and WC provision, extended stair and lift core and vertical balustrade)

at Phases 2 And 3 Land East Of Lowfield Street Dartford
(Application Ref. No. DA/24/00758/VCON)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Erection of a new medical building, and ancillary fuel tank, back up generator and substation

at Livingstone Hospital East Hill Dartford  (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00804/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
