I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following applications are being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Land At Salters Lane Longbenton – APPLICATION NO: 24/00691/FULM
Mandale Investments Limited is applying for planning permission for Erection of Class E(g) offices, research and development and industrial/B2 general industrial/B8 storage or distribution blocks, together with external works and landscaping, and creation of a substation and meter rooms.
The application is being advertised as it involves major development.

Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade is applying for planning permission for Building of a concrete garage to house the Rescue Vehicle of Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Garage Rear Of 28 Simpson Street Cullercoats – APPLICATION NO: 24/00625/FUL
PRF Electrics is applying for planning permission for Variation of condition 1 of planning approval 22/01290/FUL. Amend plans to include dormer window, omit parapet, install eaves and render finish.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
