NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: The Meadows Shopping Centre and associated Surface car park, Land at Kings Head Walk, and Q-Park, Chelmsford Essex, CM2 6FD Take notice that application is being made by Dominus Chelmsford Limited

For planning permission to: Hybrid Planning Application consisting of: Detailed Application to demolish existing buildings and structures for the phased construction of new retail, commercial and community space, public realm, temporary Mobility Hub and 537 Homes. Outline Application (with all matters reserved except for strategic access) for new retail and/or commercial and/or community space and permanent mobility hub with a floorspace of up to 449m2 (GIA), and new public realm and landscaping and up to 20,257m2 (GIA) residential. is being submitted: Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre Duke Street Chelmsford CM1 1JE

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
