What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1010/FH - BARRACK BLOCK 1, BURGOYNE BARRACKS, WEST ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Listed Building Consent to demolish the northern extension/connecting corridor structures that adjoin the listed building on its northern elevation and provide a conservation grade re-instatement of the northern elevation.
24/1015/FH - PREMIER INN, CHERRY GARDEN LANE, FOLKESTONE, CT19 4AP - Extension to existing hotel to provide additional bedrooms together with alterations to the car park and all associated works
24/1080/FH - BEACHBOROUGH PARK, BEACHBOROUGH, NEWINGTON, CT18 8BW - Change of use of land for the stationing of a temporary marquee for the hosting of weddings, change of use of land for seasonal camping, the renovation and extension of existing barn to provide kitchen and toilet facilities, together with associated access and parking.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
