Notice is given that the Council has received the following application/s for planning permission / listed building consent which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a listed building:-

AT: The White Lion 11 Market Place Clitheroe BB7 2BZ FOR: Listed building consent for proposed natural stone flags to rear beer garden area complete with timber balustrade edge protection. Retention of new timber boundary fence. Application number: 3/2024/0504
The following application/s constitute major development:-
AT: The Old Garage Site Newton Road Dunsop Bridge BB7 3BB FOR:
Proposed provision of GRP Substation to house ENWL infrastructure, plant room building and associated alterations to site layout including reposited bin store, cycle store and boundary treatment alterations. Application number: 3/2024/0544
AT: Primrose Mill Business Park Primrose Road Clitheroe BB7 1DR FOR: Proposed access alterations involving removal of existing wall nibs to widen gateways to the existing site entrance to improve space for delivery vehicles. New metal security gates fitted to suit set into the site. Application number: 3/2024/0325

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
