All applications can be viewed online via the Council website (www. east-ayrshire.gov.uk/eplanning). Written comments and electronic representations may be made to the Chief Planning Officer via submittoplanning@east-ayrshire.gov.uk before the appropriate deadline. Please note that comments received out with the specified period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, which will be a question of fact in each case.
