I give notice that Mr Mark Heuff is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Construction of a synchronous gas-powered standby generation facility and associated infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
