What is planned?

Manchester City Council The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 Notice of further information and evidence relating to EIA Applications PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the application detailed below, submitted by Northside (Manchester) Limited on 5 December 2023, for planning permission, in respect of which an Environmental Statement has already been provided, has had further information and/or evidence provided to the Council. Further information has been provided as part of the Environmental Statement comprising addendums to Volumes 1 & 2, and amendments to Volume 2A and some appendices within Volume 3. The additional information does not affect the overall conclusion of the Environmental Statement. The description of development has been revised and further amended information, not comprising part of the Environmental Statement, has also been received.

The information and documents relating to the application may be inspected and obtained online at manchester.gov.uk/planning/publicaccess.
