24/00722/LBD. Applicant: Wolverhampton Grammar School. Proposed development/works: Replace gates to vehicle exit on Compton Road and replace with one larger gate for vehicles with smaller gate for pedestrians at Wolverhampton Grammar School, Compton Road, WV3 9RB.

 3. Major Application: 24/00734/FUL. Applicant: City of Wolverhampton Council. Proposed development/ works: Two/Three storey development containing 16 one- bedroom apartments for affordable rented housing (on former site of Grange Court), including landscaping and associated development at Land East of 173 Great Brickklin Street, Wolverhampton. 3. Major Application: 

24/00530/FUL. Applicant: Hamiltons Leisure. Proposed development/works: Proposed replacement fitness centre with gymnasium, studio, and ancillary café. New synthetic turf (3G) sports playing pitches with flood lighting, outdoor changing rooms, and equipment storage container. Expanded car parking, proposed cycle parking, pedestrian footpaths, new accesses, boundary treatments and soft landscaping at Former Chris Jewkes Fitness Centre, Danescourt Road, WV6 9BH.
