Application for variation of conditions 4 (External lighting) and 5 (Parking & service areas) to allow for wording changes following grant of planning permission 19/1737/REM (as amended by 20/1904/MA). Reason: Major Development.
24/0772/CLE/HHO: 7 Hillcrest Road, Shenley, Radlett,WD7 9DB. Retention of detached single storey outbuilding Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Conservation Area
24/0802/HSE/CE: 41 Barham Avenue, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3PW. Construction of front entrance canopy and single storey rear extension. Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
