The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.12) Order 2024 authorising the stopping up of two lengths of PROW HLS0204 as lies off Park Lane at Halesowen, in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley. This is to enable development as permitted by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, under references P20/1488 and P22/0871.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/S247/WM/5683). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cradley Library, 46 Colley Lane, Cradley, Halesowen, B63 2TL.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 11 July 2024.
