m) Erection of a detached outbuilding following demolition of existing garage and garden store at Stornoway Beverley Road Withernwick HU11 4TT (Ref: 24/01020/PLF)

Proposals (f,g,i,j,k,m) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,e,f,j,k) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (j,k) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (c) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area.

Proposal (l) affects a public right of way.

Proposals (c,d,h) are major developments.
