The developments could, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the following Listed Buildings and/or the Accrington Town Centre Conservation Area:
11/24/0264 Conservative Club Cannon St, Baptist Church Cannon St, 20 Cannon St and Old Peoples Day Centre, Eagle St.
11/24/0220: NUMBERS 53, 55 (WARNERS ARMS) & 57 Warner St, Church of St James, Sundial circa 6 metres south west of Church of St James (all Grade 2).
11/24/0262 The setting of the following Listed Buildings: Parkers Farmhouse and Rose Cottage
Applications can be viewed on a computer in the Council office at Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod St. Accrington. BB5 0PF or on the Hyndburn BC website at www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk.by going to the Planning & Environment section and clicking on View Applications.
You will need the application number for the search.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about any application should write to the Council at the above address or by email to planning@hyndburnbc.gov.uk by 02/08/2024.
For all the above applications:
In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
Any owner or tenant wishing to make representations should do so by the date given above.
