I give notice that Morgan Management Ltd is applying to Brighton & Hove City Council for planning permission for Application to vary condition 15 of planning permission BH2019/03590 to amend the wording of the condition to 'A BREEAM Building Research Establishment issued Post Construction Review Certificate confirming that the non-residential floorspace built has achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Excellent' shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval'. The proposed development applies to a Variation of Condition relating to a major application where the floor space to be created is 1,000 square metres. You can view the application on the Council website www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/planning. Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ, or via the website, within 21 days (or 18 days for applications for public service infrastructure development) of this notice, quoting the application number.
