Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2023/0002649/RESM Site address: 401 London Road. Proposed development: Reserved matters of application OUT/2020/2882 for erection of up to 24 dwellings with car parking. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001182/LBC Site address: 172 Spon Street. Proposed development: Improvements and alteration of shop front Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
