Major development.
Niagara Farm Leighams Road Bicknacre Chelmsford Essex CM3 4HF Replacement of 3 agricultural poultry houses for 3 agricultural buildings for the purpose of vertical farming. Ref No. 24/00882/FUL

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 2 August 2024.
