Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Developments which affect a listed building in a conservation area.

Barn North East Of The Bear The Square Stock Ingatestone Essex Dismantle existing barn and re-construction of barn as a single dwelling and associated landscaping. Ref No. 24/00900/FUL & Ref No. 24/00901/LBC

Boots Pharmacy 51 Moulsham Street Chelmsford CM2 0HY Display of advertisement of the shopfront. and the replacement of 2 x front fascia sign and installation of a side projecting sign. Ref No. 24/00935/LBC

41 Main Road Danbury Chelmsford CM3 4NG Demolition of existing outbuildings. Repairs and alterations to existing cartlodge with outbuilding extensions to provide an Annex and Sheepbarn. Ref No. 24/00938/FUL & Ref No. 24/00939/LBC

Development which affects the setting of a listed building.

18 - 20 Mildmay Road Chelmsford Essex CM2 0DX Demolition of the existing commercial building. Construction of new building comprising of two dwellings at first and second floor and commercial unit at ground floor. New vehicular crossover. Ref No. 24/00706/FUL

Major development.

Niagara Farm Leighams Road Bicknacre Chelmsford Essex CM3 4HF Replacement of 3 agricultural poultry houses for 3 agricultural buildings for the purpose of vertical farming. Ref No. 24/00882/FUL

These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 2 August 2024.

Please note that comments submitted will be available for the public to read, and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further information.
