For Planning Permission: Change of use of third and fourth floors of mill from (Use Class B2) industrial (Use Class B8) Storage or Distribution, inclusive of minor alterations to create separate storage customer entrances and associated car parking including 10EV charging bays.

For Listed Building Consent: Listed Building consent for the change of use of third and fourth floors of mill from (Use Class B2) industrial (Use Class B8) Storage or Distribution, inclusive of minor alterations to create separate storage customer entrances and associated car parking including 10EV charging bays.

Applicant: Ena Mill Property Holdings Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that Planning and Listed Building Consent applications to carry out the above works have been made to Wigan Council The Council considers that the works for planning permission would affect the setting of a Listed Building.
