24/P/1243/FUH - Proposed replacement of 2no. existing garage doors with 1no. new garage door at Walnut Tree House, 3 Walnut Tree Court, Congresbury.

24/P/1297/FUH - Proposed demolition of the existing conservatory and erection of a single storey rear extension in-place at 26 Whitecross Road, Weston-Super-Mare.

Listed Building Application

24/P/1307/LBC - Listed Building Consent for the installation of two 13 person lifts and associated lift equipment rooms, cantilevered passenger canopies, reconfiguration of staff and public WC and new stairs and ramps to both Platforms 1 & 2.
