The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/1683 - Former La Mennais Community House, 23 Beaconsfield Road (25) Applicant J Burnham (Audere BW Architects). To erect 3 storey 18 bedroom apartment building, 2 new detached dwelling houses following demolition of existing residential building with associated landscaping and parking.
20F/2902 - Land bordered by Marlborough Street/ Marlborough Place/Pickop Street (3) Applicant Mr G. Murphy, Murphy Brothers Ltd. To redevelop site, erect single block ranging from 3 storeys to 6 storeys, creating 26 apartments (C3) comprising of 19 studio apartments, 4 x 1 bed apartments and 3 x 2 bed apartments with associated bike parking, bin storage and plant room. **Amended application form received**.
24F/1560 - 14-16 Columbus Quay Liverpool (3) Applicant Mr Matt Crebbin and Dr Arun Ghosh (JSM Company Group Ltd & Ghosh Medical Group Ltd). To change use of office building (Use Class E (g)(i): Commercial) to a private healthcare facility (Use Class C2: Residential Institution) including minor alterations to building’s fenestration, siting of a storage container within a timber enclosure, cycle store and the provision of electric vehicle charging points.
24F/1522 - 7 Hargreaves Road (17) Applicant Mr Johnson (Nodus Projects Ltd). To introduce 2 no. residential flats at basement level and reconfigure internal arrangement of building so as to reduce the total number of flats from 9 to 8; demolish single storey extension at rear; reinstate and create lightwells at front and rear; alter and install windows to front, side and rear; install rooflight to rear; alter rear boundary and install gates, reconfigure rear car park area and undertake other minor external works ***More accurate description of development***.
24H/1742 - The Stables, Linhope Way (17) Applicant Rosie Kelbrick. Installation of external wall insulation, carry out roof alterations, install new boundary wall and gate and alter garden to provide no. 1 parking space to side.
24F/0345 - Country Store Post Office, 11b Aigburth Vale (17) Applicant Mr Wasif Wasif Naeem. To erect 2 storey building within yard containing retail unit at ground floor (opening between 0700 and 2300 hours) with 2 bed apartment above, incorporating first floor screened balcony at rear, dormer extension to rear, removal of staircase servicing 11b Aigburth Vale and installation of ramps to rear of 11b.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
