Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Applications for Listed Building Consent/ Planning permission within a Conservation Area have been submitted for: 

24/00734/FUH - Erection of a single storey rear extension and side double garage. Raise rear eaves gutter and extend garage at front and extend gable forwards to match existing (Resubmission of application  24/00376/ FUH) at 10 The Parchments, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 7NA.
