Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/0846: Little Abbots, Snowerhill Road, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7AQ, Installation of 38 No. ground mounted solar panels.
MO/2024/0977: 5 Shearburn Lodge, Downsview Gardens, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2DX, Replacement of front and back external doors.
MO/2024/0978: Pondhead Farm, Bennetts Grove, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5PN, Listed Building Consent for proposed structural underpinning and renewed flooring in areas with the addition of underfloor heating.
MO/2024/0985: 60, The Street, Charlwood, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0DF, Provision of an outdoor seating area.
MO/2024/0993: Swan House, The Coach House, 24, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BX, Proposed external alterations to front, side and rear elevations to include changes to fenestration, removal of porches and provision of bin/cycle storage.
MO/2024/1008, MO/2024/1009: The Leatherhead Theatre, Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DN, Installation of 3 No. new antennas, internal upgrade of the existing cabin, removal and replacement of 1 No. GPS node with associated ancillary works thereto.
MO/2024/1010: Pondhead Farm, Bennetts Grove, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5PN, Listed Building Consent for replacement and reconfiguration of staircases, creation of bathroom, conversion of loft space and structural works to roof structure.
MO/2024/1041, MO/2024/1042: 10, Castle Gardens, Brockham, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1NY, Erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of conservatory.
