Notice is hereby given that Runnymede Borough Council intends to appropriate the land known as The Lodge, St Ann’s Hill Park, St Ann’s Hill Road, Chertsey KT16 9NN which forms part of an open space to the general fund for use for general investment purposes. The area to be disposed of comprises approximately 655 square metres.
A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question is available to view at the Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10am and 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Mario Leo, Corporate Head of Law & Governance, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH by no later than 05 August 2024.
