MD - Rhif cais 40/2024/1079 - Tir gyferbyn i Maes Owen, Ffordd Abergele, Bodelwyddan -Codi 49 o tai fforddiadwy a gwaith seilwaith cysylltiedig gan gynnwys ffyrdd llwybrau troed, mannau agored cyhoeddus, tirweddu a draenio gan gynnwys gorsaf bwmpio newydd.

MD - Rhif cais 46/2024/1084 - Green Gates, Lon Cwttir, Llanelwy - Newid defnydd tir o amaethyddol i greu gwarchodfa natur, codi ysgubor bywyd gwyllt cysylltiedig, ad-drefnu mynediad oddi ar Lon Cwttir a gwaith cysylltiedig.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB - Application No. 02/2024/1062 - 1-23 Church Walks, Ruthin - Installation of replacement windows and secondary glazing, and external doors (Listed Building application)

MD - Application No. 13/2024/1076 - Land at Pwllcallod, south of A494, Pwllglas, Ruthin -Development of 0.69 ha of land by the erection of 15 no. dwellings and associated works (outline application - all matters reserved).

MD - Application No. 40/2024/1079 - Land adjacent to Maes Owen, Abergele Road, Bodelwyddan - Erection of 49 no. affordable dwellings and associated infrastructure works including roads and footpaths, public open space, landscaping and drainage including a new pumping station.

MD - Application No. 46/2024/1084 - Green Gates, Cwttir Lane, St. Asaph - Change of use of land from agricultural to form a nature reserve, erection of associated wildlife barn, reconfiguration of access off Cwttir Lane and associated works.

You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 10 July 2024 until 31 July 2024 on our website: www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
