1) Cais o dan Adran 73 er mwyn newid amodau (01) (manylion materion a gadwyd yn ôl), (02) (caniatâd materion a gadwyd yn ôl), (05) (rhaglen lliniaru archeolegol), (06) (cynllun draenio), (07) (cynllun halogi), (08) (cynllun monitro a chynnal a chadw), (11) (cynllun tirlunio), a (17) (manylion materion a gadwyd yn ôl) o ganiatâd cynllunio VAR/2022/36 (codi 7 uned fusnes) er mwyn diwygio geiriad yr amodau, â chyflwyno strategaeth raddol newydd yn yr hen safle

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(4) OR (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:

1) VAR/2024/40 - Peboc, Llangefni.

2) VAR/2024/41 - Tai Hirion, Rhoscefnhir, Pentraeth

I give notice that:-

1) Head of Service Regulation and Economic Development

2) Mr Alun Jones is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:

1) Application under Section 73 for the variation of conditions (01) (reserved matters details), (02) (submission of reserved matters), (05) (archaeological mitigation programme), (06) (drainage scheme), (07) (contamination scheme), (08) (monitoring and maintenance plan), (11) (landscaping scheme), and (17) (reserved matters details) of planning permission reference VAR/2022/36 (erection of 7 business units) so as to amend the wording of these conditions and to insert a new phasing plan at the former

2) Application under Section 73A for the variation of conditions (02) (landscaping plan) and (03) (passing bays) of planning permission reference FPL/2022/27 (change of use of land to create an extension to an existing touring caravan and camping site for 23 additional touring caravan units and the siting of 3 holiday lodges, together with the construction of 2 passing bays, landscaping and associated works on land) so as to enable the details to be submitted beyond the time specified in the condition at
