PUBLIC NOTICE

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND BUILDINGS IN CONSERVATION AREA) REGULATIONS 1990

I give notice of the following Public Inquiry

DATE OF INQUIRY: Starting at 10am on the 30th July 2024 and continuing for up to 6 days

VENUE: Committee Room 1, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3UH Planning appeal bv Alan and Pauline Selbv Site: Home Farm. Kemnal Road. Chislehurst. BR7 6LY

Planning reference number (22/03243/FULL1) Appeal relating to the application to London Borough of Bromley for Demolition of part of Greenacres, demolition of Polo Mews North, demolition of Polo Mews South and demolition of part of The Bothy. Erection of linking extension between Polo Mews North and Polo Mews South. Erection of a two storey extension to The Bothy. Establishment of new vineyard. Provision of new solar panel array. Erection of hydrogen energy plant and equipment. Erection of new single storey dwelling. Rearrangement of the internal access roads at Home Farm, Kemnal Road, Chislehurst. Planning Inspectorate's reference APP/G5180/W/24/3339919

The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for up to 6 days and will start at 10am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will attend to decide the appeals. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector's decision will be published on the planning portal website.

Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector's discretion give their views on the development.
