WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2024/00483: Osgodby: Ward Homes Ltd: Land r/o Orchard House, Main St: erect 3 dwellings with garages. (affects right of way)
b) WL/2024/00484: West Rasen: Mr S Jesson: Holme Farm, Old Forge Lane: consent for replacement windows.
c) WL/2024/00487: Market Rasen: Mr Andy Shaw: De Aston School, Willingham Rd: consent for roof refurbishment works & 2 windows to be removed (app WL/2024/00487 also rec’d)
d) WL/2024/00500: Legsby: Mr M O’Donovan: Little London Cottage, Little London: erect first floor rear extension, porch, & double garage. (affects right of way)
e) WL/2024/00501: Toft Next Newton: Mr S Fussey: Gawthorpe Cottage, East Lane: erect two storey side extension.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice.
