Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 24 June 2024 as follows:

24/00534/FUL - Erection of single storey extension - Bryn Farm, Atlow Lane, Atlow (F)

24/00543/FUL - Change of use to Class E(a) Commercial, Business and Service - Display or retail sale of goods, other than hot food - Severn Trent Water, Unit 5, Carsington Visitors Centre, Carsington (F)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
