Planning Acts: Notice of Applications. 

The Authority has received the following applications: Listed Building Consent applications (LB). Effect on Public Footpath (F.P) 

NP5/52/LB232C - Internal alterations to create bathroom and the installation of an external grill for the bathroom extractor fan, Henddol Old Farm, Y Friog. LL38 2RZ (LB) 

NP5/53/LB222B - The removal of existing non load bearing single brick wall (Retrospective), Fron Deg, 14 Ffrydan Road, Bala. LL23 7RT (LB) 

NP5/57/LB284A - Restoration of house and outbuildings, internal and external alterations including conversion of outbuilding to hobby, storage and boiler rooms incidental to the residential property, erection of extension, formation of hard standings and the change of use of land to residential curtilage and the erection of bat barn, Plas-yn-Brithdir, Dolgellau. LL40 2PW (LB) 

NP5/57/LB86D - Replacement of the existing gas boiler, external flue and internal radiators including associated alterations to pipework, Sulis, Eldon Square, Dolgellau. LL40 1RD (LB) 

NP5/72/LB142J - To retain unauthorised works carried out as variations to Listed Building Consent NP5/72/LB142A dated 21/01/2015, Rafel, Parc. LL23 7YU (LB) 

NP5/75/179D - Erection of agricultural building over existing manure store, Cefn Crib, Pennal. SY20 9LB (F.P.)
