ROC Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of property at 5 Saint Bedes Park from a dwelling (Use Class C3) to a children's home (Use Class C2) and associated shared use of residential garden. (amended description 27.06.2024)

24/00220/FUL - Derwenthurst Club House 26 The Village Ryhope Sunderland SR2 0PF. Derwenthurst (ryhope) Club Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of existing roof, install UPVC fascia and guttering to front and rear elevations including new downpipes.
