23/02476/FUL - 5 Saint Bedes Park Sunderland SR2 7DZ. ROC Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of property at 5 Saint Bedes Park from a dwelling (Use Class C3) to a children's home (Use Class C2) and associated shared use of residential garden. (amended description 27.06.2024)
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Listed Buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/00220/FUL - Derwenthurst Club House 26 The Village Ryhope Sunderland SR2 0PF. Derwenthurst (ryhope) Club Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of existing roof, install UPVC fascia and guttering to front and rear elevations including new downpipes.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility.
