Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

A0018.24, The Liberty, 11 Western Road Romford

Installation of illuminated and non-illuminated signage to Entrances 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, Car Park Corner 01 and 02 and Car Park Entrance of the Liberty.

The development is in a Conservation Area

L0006.24,133 Upminster Court, Coach House Hall Lane Upminster

Refurbishment, internal alterations and side extension to grade II listed building, change of use from mixed use building to into training centre with overnight accommodation.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

The development relates to a Listed Building

P0710.24, Rosemore, Heaton Grange Road Romford

Re-tiling of roof, replacement windows and doors, repaving of pool area, change to roof gutters, house brick cleaning and re-painting, proposed front boundary wall with hedging and vehicle crossover.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0760.24, Moorings Garage, Southend Arterial Road Hornchurch

New steel enclosed structure to be used for the on site car repairs, reduction from 84 car sale space to 73 car sale spaces, existing use car wash use and car sales to be kept in use (Retrospective).

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0773.24, Suttons Farm, Tomkyns Lane Upminster

The demolition of the existing structure and outbuilding and the erection of four new dwellings, and all associated works including parking and landscaping.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0798.24, The Liberty 11 Western Road Romford

External alterations to Entrances 2, 5, 6, and 9 of the Liberty, comprising the removal of existing trough light and signage, and installation of new entrance doors, aluminium powder coated entrance portals with lighting, and timber effect metal slat cladding.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0817.24, 428 Upminster Road North Rainham, Erection of a two storey 2-bed attached terrace house involving two storey side extension and part single, part two storey rear extension to existing house involving demolition of existing rear extension and outbuilding.
