Proposed development at Land at Wickham Hall Estate, Bishops Stortford, Uttlesford, CM23 1JG.

Notice is given that Endurance Energy and Wickham Hall Ltd is applying to the Secretary of State for planning permission for Erection of a Solar Photovoltaic Farm with supporting infrastructure and battery storage, inverters and transformers, fencing, landscaping works and connecting cable.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20240045-land-at-wickham-hall-estate-bishops-stortford-uttlesford-cm23-1jg at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department, London Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 4ER during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should email/write to the Planning Inspectorate at: section62a@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or Section 62A Applications Team, The Planning Inspectorate, 3rd Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting the application site address and reference number S62A/2024/0045 by 25 July 2024 All representations made in connection with the development proposal will be made publicly available on the website shortly after the end of the representation period. The name of the individual author or organisation will be published however addresses, signatures and contact details will be kept private in line with data protection requirements.
