Proposal: Alterations to existing boundary treatment. Removal of existing vehicular access on Windsor Road. Formation of means of access onto Belgrave Road. Alterations to front garden including new driveway, tiled path and landscaping. Replacement porch.

Proposal: Conversion of garage into a habitable room.
Wanstead Grove

Proposal: Two storey rear infill extension. Part conversion of garage into habitable room. Loft conversion with rear and side dormers. One front rooflight. Alterations to roof over existing side extension. Removal of chimney. Alterations to fenestrations.

1759/24 Applicant: Woodford Wells Club Location: Woodford Wells Cricket And Lawn Tennis Club, Monkhams Lane, IG8 0NL
Proposal: Erection of 3 - 4m high mesh and glass fencing to 3no. padel tennis courts with replacement artificial playing surface and installation of low-level 6m high LED floodlights.
1701/24 Applicant: Bellway Homes Ltd (Thames Gateway) Location: Development At Hainault House And Land On The South Side Of Billet Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford Proposal: Variation of Condition 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of approved planning permission 3376/22: amendments to the wording of the listed conditions (refer to cover letter online dated 12th June 2024 for further details).
