Major Application. 24/00698/REM. Applicant: Wolverhampton Racecourse Limited. Proposed development/works: S.73 Application. Minor Material Amendment to vary condition 2 of planning permission 23/00780/FUL, which was for proposed Greyhound track, extension of existing single-storey building adjacent to Grandstand to accommodate kennels (for use of race days only); relocation of existing lights and removal of remainder serving grass track; and ancillary works. 

The proposal seeks approval to allow amendments to the design of the proposed development, including Kennel building design, layout, hard standing and positioning of four lighting columns at Dunstall Park Racecourse, Gorsebrook Road, WV6 0PE.
