The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
16F/2922- Former Bogans Carpets Unit, New Bird Street (1). Applicant Ascot Luxury Living Limited. To erect 9/10 storey block creating 194 apartments with 6 no. commercial units (Total of 1,138sqm) and co-working space on ground floor together with 2 no. accessible car parking spaces, 194 cycle spaces, on site amenity space, landscaping and external works. (Amended scheme 26th June 2024).
24F/1592 & 24L/1593 - Bedsits, 117 Great Mersey Street (5) Applicant Ms Maxine Ennis (Rotunda Ltd). To use premises as a 6 bedroom HMO. To install dormer window to rear, to refurbish external elevations including windows, doors, chimney stack, steps and railings and carry out associated external and internal alterations.
24L/1491 - 2b Britannia Pavilion, Gower Street (3) Applicants Varendra and Sherry Lamba. To undertake internal alterations including additional seating, temporary vinyl to exterior shopfront and fit out, refurbishment and cosmetic works throughout.
24A/1292 & 24L/1291 - Royal Bank of Scotland, 1 Dale Street (2) Applicant Emmie Woods (Bruntwood MTL) To display 10 no. window vinyl’s.
24F/0359 & 24L/0348 - The Belvedere Academy, Belvidere Road (8) Applicant Marie Doherty, The Belvedere Academy. To replace/restore windows and carry out associated stone and render repair works.
24F/1613 - 4-5 Baltimore Street (1) Applicant J Glennon. Planning application for a change of use from Use Class E(g)(i) to no. 2 Dwellings (no. 1 Use Class Sui Generis and no. 1 Use Class C3) with new bin store, cycle store and landscaping works.
24H/1697 - 48 Thomas Lane (14) Applicant Nikki McKenna. To replace front windows.
The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 25th July 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
