What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Notice Under Article 10 Of Planning Application for Proposed development at: Car Park off Mayfield Road, KT12 1NR and land to the south of Station Avenue, Walton on Thames.

Take notice that application is being made by: Solum Regeneration LLP For planning permission for: Removal of existing car park, hardstanding and Maintenance Delivery Unit (MDU) and erection of 26 ground plus two storey, three and four bedroom residential homes (Use Class C3), with associated car and cycle parking, works of hard and soft landscaping and alterations to existing access point at existing Mayfield Road Car Park.

In addition, removal of existing hardstanding at site off Station Avenue and enhancements to existing MDU (Use Class B8) including installation of acoustic barrier, access ramp, associated works of hard and soft landscaping and new and amended accesses.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Elmbridge Borough Council. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice.
