LOCATION: Madison House 1 Church Street Reigate PROPOSAL: Conversion of the existing commercial uses (Use Class E) at the first and second floors of the building to residential (Use Class C3), and the construction of a small terrace and external staircase at the rear of the building to create an additional access.

APPLICATION NO: 24/01117/S73
LOCATION: Gilead House Quality Street Merstham
PROPOSAL: Demolition of extensions to the rear of the property and conversion of building to nine flats, including design and fenestration changes, including the erection of dormer to rear roof slope. Variation of conditions 1 and 3 of permission 22/00476/F revision of the approved parking and amenity space layout.

PROPOSAL: Proposed additional storey to existing bungalow, minor extension to front elevation, and replacement of existing conservatory with drawing room. Roof, fenestration and internal layout changes to suit proposal. Variation of conditions 1 and 3 of 23/02664/ HHOLD - Changes to the Front Elevation for the replacement of a front window with a garage door, to provide garden storage to the property, reinstating the historic position of the garage door.

LOCATION: Gainsborough Lodge Hotel 39 Massetts Road Horley
PROPOSAL: The replacement of the existing fully glazed conservatory on the South side of the Hotel with a permanent structure that will contain one additional en-suite bedroom and a section of the reconfigured guest breakfast-room.
