In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following applications:

24/00234/HBCFUL Proposed Solar Microgrid with associated works including vehicular access and cable route at Land North Of Ditton Road Widnes WA8 0PG

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

24/00243/FUL Proposed nursing care home (Use Class C2: Residential Institution), associated access and parking at Greenoaks Farm Industrial Estate Warrington Road Widnes Cheshire WA8 0SY

These applications can be viewed at https://webapp.halton.gov.uk/planningapps/. Alternatively they can be viewed at Halton Direct Link at Rutland House, Halton Lea, Runcorn WA7 2ES, Halton Direct Link at 7 Brook Street, Widnes WA8 6NB or any of the Council libraries.
