Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015. All As May Be Amended.Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/24/00347/COU - Change of use to hot food takeaway (sui generis) with extraction equipment to rear at 10 Stephenson Place, S40 1XL. Reason for Advert - Conservation Areas.
CHE/24/00166/FUL - Warehouse extension and ancillary offices (two storey) with new external yard, silos, chillers, substation & provision of additional car parking spaces at Unit 3B, Seymour Link Road, Woodthorpe, S43
3FG. Reason for Advert - Major Application.
CHE/24/00357/LBC - Removal of internal walls to create open kitchen/dining area with open access from the hallway at 20 Brearley Hall, Woodmere Drive, Old Whittington, S41 9TA.
Reason for Advert - Listed Building Consent.
