Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Character of a Conservation Area -

Application: 38/24/0192 Erection of a single storey extension (to be used for the physiotherapy business) to the rear of 4 St Johns Road, Taunton.

Application: 38/24/0217 Removal of flat roof extension to rear with erection of a single storey infill extension with 3 No. roof lights, removal of chimney to rear and infilling of rear window with installation of an SVP and roof light to front of 9 The Avenue, Taunton.

Affects the Setting of Listed Building -

Application: 10/24/0009 Erection of boundary works at The Long Barn, Honiton Road, Churchstanton (retention of works already undertaken).

Application: 37/24/0009 Erection of a single storey link extension between house and barn at Tuckers, Stoke Road, Stoke St Mary.

Application: 49/24/0038 Installation of 16 No. ground mounted PV solar array panel to west of tennis court at Croford House, Croford House Lane, Wiveliscombe.

Listed Building Consent -

Application: 37/24/0010/LB Erection of a single storey link extension between house and barn at Tuckers, Stoke Road, Stoke St Mary.

Apphcation: 49/24/0039/LB Installation of 16 No. ground mounted PV solar array panel to west of tennis court at Croford House, Croford House Lane, Wiveliscombe.

Application: 3/31/24/006 Change of use from residential to shop, demolition of lean-to rear porch, erection of extension to the rear for store room, removal of modern staircase (to increase retail area) and construction of staircase in rear extension with widening of opening in the internal wall that divides ground floor front and rear rooms to create retail area, removal of modern stone-cladding from ground floor front chimney breast, construction of ramp within entry lobby for disabled access, replacement of front ground and first floor windows and installation of exterior shop and Post Office Signage at 4 High Street, Stogumber, TA4 3TA
