LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) NOTICE
Land known as Yeovil County Park, Yeovil, Somerset
Notice is hereby given that Somerset Council intends to dispose of the land and assets within its title holding, known as Yeovil County Park, Yeovil which has an area of approximately 63.53Ha to Yeovil Town Council.
A plan of the land referred to above can be viewed at https://somerset.gov.uk/public-notices.
Representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Property Governance, Strategic Asset Management, Somerset Council, County Hall, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4DY or emailed to propertygovernance@somerset.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on Thursday 11thJuly 2024.
