The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:
a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-
24/00625/FULHH Single storey rear extension and changes to fenestration. Woodview, 2 Birds Lane, Stathern, Leicestershire.
24/00548/FULHH Remove the existing timber garage and erect a new timber double garage and secure store. Cresswell Barns, 19a High Street, Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire.
24/00595/FUL Proposed residential development (Erection of 1no. single storey dwelling house). Longridge, Castle View Road, Easthorpe, Nottingham.
24/00622/FULHH Proposed white monocouche render to be applied to house exterior. Redwood Lodge, 25 Somerby Road, Knossington, Leicestershire.
b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
24/00342/LBC Add eco-friendly heating system, heat pump and solar panels. 15a Melton Road, Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire, LE14 4AJ
24/00536/VAC Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans - New Roof Structure) of Planning Permission 22/01322/FUL. Levesley House, 14 City Road, Stathern, Leicestershire.
A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
