Proposal: Proposed means of access to facilitate the erection of residential development on adjoining land, that is in the administrative area of North East Derbyshire District Council (subject to a separate planning application to that Council)
Location: Land Off Central Street To The North East Of Tibshelf Road Stainsby Common

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan for the area.
