Reference: AVA/2024/0119 Applicant Name: Mr Matthew Waterfield Address: Flumina House , Foundry Lane, Milford, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 0RN Proposal: Advertisement consent for installation of illuminated hanging sign to the front elevation. Replacement of sign to the north elevation and south elevation (may impact the setting and character of the conservation area and the setting of a listed building)
Reference: AVA/2024/0390 Applicant Name: Mr James Mellow Address: Spotted Cow , 12 Town Street, Holbrook, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 0TA Proposal: Upgrade of outside seating area, including lighting, planting, boundary treatment and paving. Fence to front perimeter and removal of 1 parking space to provide bike racks (this may affect the setting of a listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area)
