Application under S73a for the Removal of Variation of a Condition following submission of DC/22/03207 dated 12/07/2023 and subsequent appeal APP/W3520/W/22/3310678 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Erection of 3No dwellings. Application under S73 for the Removal or Variation of Conditions following grant of DC/23/05845 dated 29/01/2024 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Erection of 5No dwellings with garaging and alterations to vehicular access. Application under S73a for the Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of DC/21/02513 dated 21/07/2024 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Erection of a replacement outbuilding for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the existing property (following demolition of existing outbuilding) - To vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) as per revised drawings.

Somersham (CDP)(ALB) - DC/24/01887 Orchard House Main Road Somersham IP8 4PD. Demolition of existing dwelling & erection of 1 No bungalow & associated works

Stonham Aspal (LBC) - DC/24/02847 and DC/24/02848 Ubbeston Hall Stowmarket Road Stonham Aspal IP14 6AD. Internal and external fabric and structural repairs to reinstate the Grade II Listed detached house including replacement of entire roof covering following a fire within thatched roof, works as detailed in the Planning, Design Access and Heritage Statement.
