NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Inland Limited to obtain planning permission for:
Application No: 21/01232/FULL
Proposal: Demolition of existing buildings and structures and the construction of a building ranging from part 6 storeys to part 14 storeys to provide 131 residential units and industrial space (Use classes E(g), B2 and B8 at ground and first floor. The proposals include the delivery of landscaping and public realm, play space, access, car parking and other associated and ancillary works.
Location: 7 Thames Road, Barking, IG11 0HN
The application represents a 'Major' development
Re-consultation: Revised plans to accommodate second stair cores, Revised Noise Impact Assessment and Updated Fire Risk Assessment.
