NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE
WINNING AND WORKING OF OIL OR NATURAL GAS
(INCLUDING EXPLORATORY DRILLING)

PUBLIC NOTICE: Proposed development at ANGUS ENERGY SALTFLEETBY A SITE AND ANGUS ENERGY SALTFLEETBY B SITE, SADDLEBACK ROAD, HOWDALES, LOUTH, LN11 7DJ. Angus Energy PLC has applied to Lincolnshire County Council for planning permission for the provision of up to four new conventional hydrocarbon wells at the existing wellsites of Saltfleetby A and Saltfleetby B. The application was submitted to the County Council on 31 st May 2024 and members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents on the County Council’s website or at LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL, PLANNING SERVICES, LANCASTER HOUSE, 36 ORCHARD STREET, LINCOLN, LN1 1XX during all reasonable hours. Members of the public may also inspect copies of the application at the Council’s offices, please contact the Council directly on 01522 552222 for further information.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should go to the County Council’s planning application website and follow the instructions for making a comment online. Alternatively you can also write to Planning Services, Lancaster House, 36 Orchard Street, Lincoln, LN1.
