What is planned?

PLAN/2024/0441/BC: Erection of a part two storey, part single storey side extension and replacement front and rear roof dormers along with a proposed open front porch. Claddagh, 70 Well Lane, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0429/BB: Change of use of land to a mixed use as residential (Class C3) and the operation of a bicycle repair business. Dormer Cottage, Bonsey Lane, Westfield, Woking. PLAN/2024/0292/DR: Erection of an outbuilding. Tullywhisker House, Berry Lane, Worplesdon, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0405/ ER: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory and replacement of single storey flat roofs to pitched. Erection of front entrance gates and alterations to fenestration. 73 Old Woking Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0434/BRB: Erection of a single storey side/rear extension and installation of plant.
