Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 33/24/00005: Court Farm, The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4QF. Removal of Condition 5 of Planning Permission Application No. 33/94/00033 (Retention of agricultural worker's dwelling & double garage as built, & retention of vehicular access thereto), (known as Holcroft House) removing the agricultural workers condition associated with Court Farm, The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4QF. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 13/24/00011 & 13/24/00012: LOWER RODWAY FARM, 37 Rodway, Cannington, Bridgwater, TA5 2PJ. Erection of new porch, covered walkway & pergola with additional extensive internal & external alterations to include part demolition. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 13/24/00013: Withiel Farm, Withiel Drive, Carmington, Bridgwater, TA5 2LZ. Change of use from agricultural livestock building to commercial use to include offices, light industrial & storage unit(s). This application is of public interest.

Application No. 37/24/00054: Woolmersdon House, Woolmersdon Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA5 2BP. Removal & replacement of 2no. fireplaces. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 08/24/00095: 12 Springfield Avenue, Bridgwater, TA6 7JA. Erection of a single storey extension & attached annexe to the NE elevation on site of existing conservatory & garage (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
