What is planned?

Manchester City Council Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended)

Please take notice that the following applications have been submitted for determination by The Council. The application, plans and any other documents (including the Environmental Statement where indicated) may be inspected and obtained via the Council’s website at manchester.gov.uk/planning/publicaccess.

Any person that wishes to inspect, or obtain, a paper copy of the Environmental Statement can do so by emailing planning@manchester.gov.uk to make the necessary arrangements. There may be a charge for supplying a paper copy of the Environmental Statement, please check when making your enquiry.

Any persons wishing to make representations about the proposals must do so online or in writing to Planning, P O Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester M60 2LA within 14 days of the date of this Notice (unless a different period is specified later within the Notice) quoting the application reference number.
