24/01173/VAR - Land At Cragdale Gardens Hetton-le-Hole Houghton-le-Spring. Adderstone Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission ref. 20/01360/FUL (Erection of 86 no. residential dwellings) to seek approval for change to approved materials and Construction Environmental Management Plan.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
21/01001/FU4 - Land East Of Primate Road Sunderland. Bernicia is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Amended development proposal - erection of 46 no. affordable homes with associated infrastructure and landscaping (revised plans and supporting information received 19 June 2024).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.

24/01197/FUL - The Cottage Holmlands Park South Sunderland SR2 7SG. Mr Wayne Cole is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of a detached double garage to rear garden.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
24/01217/MAW - Field House Quarry Earsdon Grange Road Houghton-le-Spring DH5 8AJ. A. McCall And Sons (Houghton Le Spring) Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: The restoration of Field House Quarry using inert waste materials. Sorting and recycling of the inert materials to produce a secondary aggregate. Construction of new vehicular access to the north of the site.
24/01201/FU4 - Blacks Corner Tram Shelter Whitburn Road Sunderland SR6 8DB. Blacks Corner is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of 2no new beach huts to provide for additional food and drink storage and a takeaway kiosk, additional areas of paving and the provision of a cycle rack. This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Seaburn Tram Shelter which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
